A firewalk is the most inspirational journey you will ever undertake. It is as the name suggests: a bare foot walk over red-hot wood embers measuring around 800 degrees. No tricks, no special effects. Just you and the fire.
Refreshment/food trucks and stalls will be available at the event.

You Raise Me Up is a local charity based in Eastbourne supporting families across East and West Sussex and Kent after the death of a young adult aged 16-25. The aim of the charity is to be able to provide compassion, support and simply to be able to say, “we totally understand” rather than “we cannot imagine what you are going through”. Choosing You Raise Me Up charity to support through your running events helps us to continue providing our much-needed services to those in need. Every step you take and every mile you run can make a real impact on people's lives. 💖

Join us for 'Memories at Sunset,' a special walk to remember our loved ones. We'll stroll to the beach, watch the sunset, and light up lanterns we've decorated. These lanterns will shine as the sun sets, symbolizing the enduring light of our memories.✨🌅
🎟Adult Registration 16+ - required to raise a minimum of
£20 - includes a paper lantern which will be posted to you 4 weeks prior to the event for you to decorate.✨
(Every 1 registered adult includes 1 free entry to a child under the age of 16)
