Hastings Half Marathon 2025

A group of 20-25 runners will be running the Hastings Half Marathon on Sunday 5th October, for YRMU in memory of Harry Dennis.

This wonderfully dedicated group of local fundraisers are gearing up to take on the half marathon – no mean feat! And all in support of a brilliant cause. With training well underway and fundraising efforts already in motion, they’ll be running 13.1 miles to raise vital funds and awareness for our charity.

The HHM is a hilly course through the historic town of Hastings. Runners are rewarded with plenty of music and entertainment throughout, and a downhill second half towards a pretty seaside finish. They have been hitting the tarmac to enjoy this race for over forty years – it’s steeped in local history and has grown to be a firm favourite in the racing calendar.

It’s not just about the finish line, it’s about making a real difference. Our group of runners have determination, teamwork, and community spirit which are already inspiring support, and we can’t wait to cheer them on every step of the way!

This is the race that was originally due to take place in March earlier this year but was postponed.
